Welcome to the Restored Living Platform!

This is currently in a testing phase for a few of our early friends. If you're here, we'd like to offer this for free in hopes that you tell us how we can improve it!

The purpose of this platform is twofold.

Firstly, it's designed to intake your current financials, and based off the regions you indicate you're interested in, show you accurately how far off co-buying may be. To get the benchmarks for each area, we've taken all sold properties in each town that fit our criteria for co-buying (mainly enough space per bedroom), and took the median of those. This means there are many properties that are more affordable out there than these. You're welcome to either use your financials or make numbers up if you'd prefer to keep it anonymous to see how it works.

Secondly, it's designed to intake some preliminary lifestyle preferences with the goal that we can find others who share similar values and priorities as you.
